Paragraph 28 Data Protection Act 1998

In section 55E^f1 (notices under sections 55A and 55B: supplemental) in subsection (2)—

(a)

omit paragraph (d);

(b)

in paragraph (e) for “such appeals” substitute “appeals made by virtue of paragraph (c)”; and

(c)

omit paragraph (f).
