# The Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2009, Paragraph 52: Local Government Act 2000


In section 63(1)(a) (restrictions on disclosure of information) for “or the president, deputy president or any tribunal of either of the Adjudication Panels” substitute “, the First-tier Tribunal or the president, deputy president or any tribunal of the Adjudication Panel for Wales”.
