In section 64(3) (reports etc by ethical standards officers)—

(a)

in paragraph (b) for the words from “president of the Adjudication Panel for England” to the end substitute “First-tier Tribunal for adjudication,”; and

(b)

in paragraph (c) for “president of the Adjudication Panel for England” substitute “First-tier Tribunal”.
