In section 77 (adjudications)—

(a)

omit subsections (2) and (3); and

(b)

in subsection (7) after “(6)(a) or (b)” insert “, or with any corresponding requirement imposed by Tribunal Procedure Rules in relation to proceedings under this Act before the First-tier Tribunal,”.
