# The Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2009, Paragraph 7: Building Societies Act 1986


In section 46A (notices, hearings and appeals)—
(a) in subsection (5) for “Financial Services and Markets Tribunal” substitute “Upper Tribunal”; and
(b) omit subsection (7).
