# The Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2009, Paragraph 166: Standards Committee (England) Regulations 2008


In regulation 25 (outcome of appeals)—
(a) in paragraphs (1) to (4) and (6) for “an appeals tribunal” substitute “the First-tier Tribunal”; and
(b) omit paragraphs (7) and (8).
