# The Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2009, Paragraph 9: National Health Service (General Ophthalmic Services) Regulations 1986


In regulation 9H(1) (national disqualification) for “FHSAA”, in each place, substitute “First-tier Tribunal”.
