Article 4 Transfer of functions and abolition of tribunals

The functions of the Adjudicator to Her Majesty’s Land Registry are transferred to the First-tier Tribunal.

The Adjudicator to Her Majesty’s Land Registry is abolished.
The functions of the Adjudicator to Her Majesty’s Land Registry are transferred to the First-tier Tribunal.
