# The Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2013, Paragraph 18: The Leasehold Reform (Notices) Regulations 1997


In the Schedule to the Leasehold Reform (Notices) Regulations 1997, in Form 3 (form of landlord’s notice under Part 1 of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967), in Note 3, omit “leasehold valuation”.
