If your property is in Wales, “tribunal” means a rent assessment committee.”;\n(c) in Notes 4 and 5—\n(i) for “your local rent assessment committee” substitute “the appropriate tribunal referred to in Note 2A”;\n(ii) for “the committee”, at each place, substitute “the tribunal”.",
