# The Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2013, Paragraph 32: The Licensing and Management of Houses in Multiple Occupation and Other Houses (Miscellaneous Provisions) (England) Regulations 2006


In regulations 11(1)(g), 12(1)(g) and 13(1)(f), for “a residential property tribunal” substitute “the First-tier Tribunal”.
