# The Transfer of Tribunal Functions Order 2013, Paragraph 33: The Licensing and Management of Houses in Multiple Occupation and Other Houses (Miscellaneous Provisions) (England) Regulations 2006


In regulation 13(3)(f) for “a residential property tribunal or to the Lands Tribunal” substitute “the First-tier Tribunal or to the Upper Tribunal”.
