  "text": "In the Farm Woodland Scheme 1988, in paragraph 6—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (1)(b), for “Agricultural Land Tribunal” substitute “appropriate tribunal”;\n(b) after sub-paragraph (1) insert—\n“(1A) For the purposes of sub-paragraph (1), “appropriate tribunal” means—\n(a) where the land (or the greater part of the land) is in England, the First-tier Tribunal; and\n(b) where the land (or the greater part of the land) is in Wales, the Agricultural Land Tribunal.”",
