(a)

in the heading, for “adjudicator” substitute “First-tier Tribunal”;

(b)

in paragraph (1), in both places, for “adjudicator” substitute “the First-tier Tribunal”;

(c)

in paragraph (2)(g), for “adjudicator” substitute “First-tier Tribunal”.
