Whereas a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament and approved by each House of Parliament in pursuance of section 277(3) of the Transport Act 2000^f1.

Now, therefore the Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 277(1) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
