Paragraph 11
In the Town and Country Planning (Trees) Regulations 1999f1 in the Schedule (form of tree preservation order) in paragraph 5 (exemptions) in sub-paragraph (2) for “or a body acting on behalf of that Authority” there shall be substituted “, a body acting on behalf of that authority or a person who holds a licence under Chapter I of Part I of the Transport Act 2000”.
