# The Transport Act 2000 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2001, Paragraph 16


In section 10 of the Estate Agents Act 1979 (restriction on disclosure of information) in subsection (3)(a) after “the Competition Act 1998” there shall be inserted “or Part I of the Transport Act 2000”.
