# The Transport Act 2000 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2001, Paragraph 17


In section 101 of the Telecommunications Act 1984 (general restrictions on disclosure of information)—
(a) in subsection (2)(b) after “the Rail Regulator” there shall be inserted “, the Civil Aviation Authority”; and
(b) in subsection (3) after paragraph (n) there shall be inserted—
“(o) Part I of the Transport Act 2000.”.
