# The Transport Act 2000 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2001, Paragraph 19


In section 38 of the Consumer Protection Act 1987 (restrictions on disclosure of information) in subsection (3) after paragraph (p) there shall be inserted—
“(q) Part I of the Transport Act 2000.”.
