# The Transport Act 2000 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2001, Paragraph 20


In section 174 of the Water Act 1989 (general restrictions on disclosure of information) in subsection (3) after paragraph (ll) there shall be inserted—
“(lm) Part I of the Transport Act 2000.”.
