# The Transport Act 2000 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2001, Paragraph 23


In section 145 of the Railways Act 1993 (general restrictions on disclosure of information)in subsection (3) after paragraph (qq) there shall be inserted—
“(qr) Part I of the Transport Act 2000;”.
