# The Transport Act 2000 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2001, Paragraph 24


In section 59 of the Coal Industry Act 1994 (information to be kept confidential by the Coal Authority) in subsection (3) after paragraph (d) and before the word “and” there shall be inserted—
“(dd) the Civil Aviation Authority is a relevant authority in relation to its functions under Part I of the Transport Act 2000;”.
