# The Transport Act 2000 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2001, Paragraph 25


In section 105 of the Utilities Act 2000 (general restrictions on disclosure of information) in subsection (6) after paragraph (q) there shall be inserted—
“(r) Part I of the Transport Act 2000.”.
