  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Transport (Scotland) Act 2019 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2023.\n(2) Parts 1, 2 and 5 come into force on 31st January 2023.\n(3) Parts 3, 4 and 6 come into force on 31st October 2023.\n(4) Articles 32 to 35 extend to Scotland only.",
