# The Transport (Scotland) Act 2019 (Consequential Provisions and Modifications) Order 2023, Article 16: Fees


(1) The CMA may charge fees in connection with the exercise by it of any of its functions under this Chapter.
(2) Different fees may be charged in connection with different functions and in different circumstances.
