Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order—

• “the 1985 Act” means the Transport Act 1985^f1,

• “the 2001 Act” means the Transport (Scotland) Act 2001^f2,

• “the data protection legislation” has the meaning given by section 3(9) of the Data Protection Act 2018^f3.

Words and expressions used in Parts 3, 4 and 6 of this Order have, unless the contrary intention appears, the same meaning as in the 2001 Act.
