  "text": "Draft Statutory Instrument laid before Parliament under section 2(4) of the Treasure Act 1996 for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament\nTREASURE\nMade 2002\nComing into force 1st January 2003\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament pursuant to section 2(4) of the Treasure Act 1996;\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 2(1) and (3) of the Treasure Act 1996 and all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following order:",
