Paragraph 2 Agriculture Act 1947
In paragraph 13(4) of Schedule 9 to the Agriculture Act 1947f1 (chairman of Agricultural Land Tribunal), after “creditors” insert “, or if a debt relief order (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986) is made in respect of the chairman”.
