Paragraph 32 Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995

In section 26(1)(g) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995^f1 (revocation, suspension and curtailment of operators’ licences), after “bankrupt” insert “or has had a debt relief order (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986) made in respect of him”.
