Paragraph 52 Constitutional Reform Act 2005

The Constitutional Reform Act 2005^f1 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 15(2)(c) of Schedule 12 (Judicial Appointments Commission), after “undischarged bankrupt” insert “or a person in relation to whom a moratorium period under a debt relief order applies (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986)”.

In paragraph 5(2)(e) of Schedule 13 (Judicial Appointments and Conduct Ombudsman), after “undischarged bankrupt” insert “or a person in relation to whom a moratorium period under a debt relief order applies (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986)”.
