Article 1 Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Unauthorised Encampments (Northern Ireland) Order 2005.

(2)

This Article and Article 2 shall come into operation on the expiration of 7 days from the day on which this Order is made.

(3)

The other provisions of this Order shall come into operation on such day or days as the Department may by order appoint.
