# The Unauthorised Unit Trusts (Tax) Regulations 2013, Regulation 10: Exemption for gains accruing to an exempt unauthorised unit trust


Gains accruing to an exempt unauthorised unit trust are not chargeable gains for the purposes of TCGA 1992.
