# The Unauthorised Unit Trusts (Tax) Regulations 2013, Regulation 42: AIF Regulations


(1) In regulation 17(2) of the AIF Regulations (allocation of income), after “Part 4 of CTA 2009” insert “or regulation 15 of the Unauthorised Unit Trusts (Tax) Regulations 2013”.
