Regulation 8 Withdrawal of approval

The Commissioners may withdraw approval of an exempt unauthorised unit trust if they are satisfied that the requirements in regulation 7 are not met.

The Commissioners may withdraw approval of an exempt unauthorised unit trust if the managers or trustees of an exempt unauthorised unit trust request them to do so.

Withdrawal of an approval of an unauthorised unit trust is to be given by the Commissioners by notice to the managers or trustees of the trust.

Withdrawal of approval has effect as from the date specified in the notice withdrawing the approval.
