Regulation 6 Consequential amendments to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001

In article 45 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001^f1 (sending dematerialised instructions)—

(a)

in paragraph (1), for “in respect of which an Operator is approved under the 2001 Regulations” substitute “within the meaning of the 2001 Regulations”;

(b)

in paragraph (3)(b) omit ““Operator”,”.
