Regulation 8 Consequential amendment to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) Regulations 2001

In the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Disclosure of Confidential Information) Regulations 2001^f1, in Schedule 2, in the first column, for the entry commencing “A person approved” substitute—

“A person that is an Operator of a relevant system under the Uncertificated Securities Regulations 2001^f2 (within the meaning of those regulations)”.
