Whereas a draft of these Regulations has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.

The Treasury in exercise of the powers conferred by section 207 Companies Act 1989^f1 and now vested in them^f2, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations
