Regulation 39 Fees charged by Operators

Subject to paragraph (2), nothing in these Regulations prevents an Operator from charging a fee for carrying out any function under Part 3 of these Regulations.

(2)

An Operator may not charge a fee to a participating issuer for maintaining or keeping and entering up an Operator register of securities.
