  "text": "(1) The following provisions of the 1965 Regulations are hereby revoked, namely—\nregulation 4(3) and (4);\nregulations 4A and 4B;\nregulation 6(5);\nregulation 17(7);\nregulation 18(5);\nregulation 19(2);\nregulation 20(2); and\nSchedule 1.\n(2) The following provisions of the 1974 Regulations are hereby revoked, namely—\nregulation 6(6);\nregulation 6A;\nregulation 7(1)(b), (4) and (5);\nregulation 8(2) and (3);\nregulation 9(4);\nregulation 10(3);\nregulation 16(4);\nregulation 21(3); and\nSchedule 2.\n(3) The 1995 Regulations are hereby revoked.\n(4) The following provisions of the Open-Ended Investment Companies Regulations 2001 are hereby revoked, namely—\nregulation 47(1);\nin Schedule 3—\nparagraph 2(2),\nparagraph 5(1)(c) and the word “and” immediately before it, and\nparagraph 6(3)(d) and the word “and” immediately before it;\nparagraph 3 of Schedule 4; and\nparagraph 12 of Schedule 7.",
