A relevant system must comprise procedures which—

(a)

enable system-users to notify the Operator of an error in or relating to a dematerialised instruction; and

(b)

ensure that, where the Operator becomes aware of an error in or relating to a dematerialised instruction, he takes appropriate corrective action.
