# The Uncertificated Securities Regulations 2001, Paragraph 22


In the Financial Services Act 1986 (Exemption) Order 1996, in paragraph (3) of article 1, for “Uncertificated Securities Regulations 1995” in both places where it occurs there shall be substituted “Uncertificated Securities Regulations 2001”.
