  "text": "In section 48 of the Finance (No. 2) Act 1915—\n(d) after “Director of Savings,” there shall be inserted “to the Operator of any relevant system”; and\n(e) after “by that person” there shall be inserted “; and in this section “Operator” and “relevant system” have the same meanings as they have in the Uncertificated Securities Regulations 2001”.",
