# The Universal Credit (Managed Migration) Regulations 2018, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Universal Credit (Managed Migration) Regulations 2018.
(2) Regulations 2 and 3 and this regulation and come into force on 16th January 2019.
(3) Regulations 4 and 5 come into force on 22nd July 2020.
(4) Regulation 6 comes into force on 23rd September 2020.
