  "text": "(1) This Part makes provision for a benefit cap under section 96 of the Act which, if applicable, reduces the amount of an award of universal credit.\n(2) In this Part “couple” means—\n(a) joint claimants; or\n(b) a single claimant who is a member of a couple within the meaning of section 39 of the Act and the other member of that couple,\nand references to a couple include each member of that couple individually.",
