Paragraph 13 Housing cost contributions

In calculating the amount of the housing costs element under Part 4 or 5 of this Schedule, a deduction is to be made in respect of each non-dependant who is a member of the renter’s extended benefit unit.

Paragraph (1) is subject to paragraphs 15 and 16.

Any amount to be deducted under sub-paragraph (1) is referred to in this Schedule as a “housing cost contribution”.
