  "text": "In this Schedule—\n“alternative finance payments” has the meaning given in paragraph 6 of Schedule 1;\n“joint owner-occupier” has the meaning given in paragraph 1(2);\n“loan interest payments” has the meaning given in paragraph 5 of Schedule 1;\n“owner-occupier” means a single owner-occupier within the meaning of paragraph 1(2) or each of joint owner-occupiers;\n“qualifying period” has the meaning given in paragraph 5(2);\n“relevant payments” has the meaning given in paragraph 3;\n“standard rate” has the meaning given in paragraph 12.",
