# The Universal Credit (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2013, Paragraph 14: Modifications to the Tax Credits Act 2002


In Schedule 2, in paragraph 6(1)(a) and (c) and (2)(a), after the words “for the tax year”, insert “or part tax year”.
