  "text": "This draft Statutory Instrument supersedes the draft instrument of the same title which was laid before Parliament and published on 15th October 2020 (ISBN 978-0-348-21373-7). It is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that draft Statutory Instrument.\nDraft Regulations laid before Parliament under paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nExiting The European Union\nCivil Aviation\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8(1) and 23(1) of, and paragraph 21 of Schedule 7 to, the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and section 41(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 2020, makes the following Regulations.\nIn accordance with paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
