Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Unmanned Aircraft (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on IP completion day.

(3)

This regulation, in so far as it relates to regulation 86, and regulation 86 come into force immediately before IP completion day.
