  "text": "(1) Article 14 is amended as follows.\n(2) In the heading and in paragraph 1, omit “EU”.\n(3) In paragraph 2—\n(a) omit “EU”;\n(b) omit the second sentence.\n(4) In paragraph 3—\n(a) omit “EU” in each place it occurs;\n(b) omit the second sentence;\n(c) in the final sentence, omit the words “in a language or languages required by the Member State in which the product is placed or made available on the market”.\n(5) For paragraph 4 substitute—\n“4. Where a product is subject to more than one enactment requiring a declaration of conformity, a single declaration of conformity shall be drawn up in respect of all such enactments. That declaration shall contain the enactments concerned.”.\n(6) In paragraph 5, omit “EU”.",
